Biomechanics (Follow Up)

£60.00

Duration: 45–60 minutes
Location: In-person (Crewe & surrounding areas) or online

This session is designed for those who have already had an initial biomechanics consultation and want continued support throughout pregnancy or in preparation for birth.

We’ll build on what we explored in your first session -checking in on any changes, refining techniques and adjusting your movement plan based on how your body and baby are responding.

Whether you’re planning a VBAC, managing ongoing discomfort, or preparing for an active birth, these follow-ups offer space to focus on what you need in this moment.

What’s included:

  • Reassessment of alignment, balance, and mobility

  • Ongoing bodywork and movement support

  • Progress tracking and adaptation of techniques

  • Personalised exercises or positions to support baby’s position

  • Support with daily routines, posture, and comfort

These sessions are flexible and completely tailored: come with questions, updates, or just an openness to see what your body needs that day.
