Every family’s needs during pregnancy and birth are different, so my doula packages are designed to provide clear guidance while still allowing flexibility. The packages below outline the support most families choose, including antenatal preparation, biomechanics guidance, continuous labour and birth support, and postnatal follow-up care. If you are looking for something slightly different, packages can be adapted to suit your circumstances and the type of support you feel would be most helpful.
